Why CangoBox?
CANGOBOX lets you enjoy discounts from logistic carriers that are typically available only for companies. We don't compare pears to apples: we just give you our best price with the best service, and we operate with only one company per country.
How does it work?
CANGOBOX is super easy to use. Select your country of origin and destination, fill-in the data of your parcel to get an estimate of cost, complete the information details and pay. After this, just print the labels you will receive on your email.
What can I send?
You can send packages from 2 to 50kg to most of the countries. You can send one or many parcels. There's some limitations on the size and weight that depend on the traject and carrier, and we'll let you know about them during the process when you'll introduce the details.
What articles are forbidden?

Do they pick it up at home?
Yes, in most of the countries, but depends on the Country of Origin. When this option is available, you'll see it and you'll be able to choose it during the reservation process. The parcel delivery will be made on the adress you will provide.
To which countries can I ship?
You can ship to almost all the countries in Europe. If you need to send stuff to ther country we can do it manually. Please contact us if this is the case and we'll help you.
From which countries can I ship?
Right now you can send stuff from Spain and Finland to any country in Europe in both senses, and very soon we'll start operations in other countries. Contact us so we can let you know when our services will be available in the country you're interested.
How do I pay?
Payments are made with any credit or debit card using our secure web server. CANGOBOX has no access at any moment to any bank information nor stores any information about them, All the transactions are made using our encrypted connexion using SSL. After the payment has been received, you'll receive one email with the invoice.
Is my shipment insured?
All the shipments are covered at least by the mandatory insurance provided by the carriers. You will be able to add an additional insurance if the selected route and transport company offers it. When this option is available you will be asked about it during the process.
How long does it take?
The transit time of the shipment will depend on the destination country. During the summary of your order you'll be able to check what is the estimated transit time for your shipment. After your order, you'll receive the tracking information on your email.
Who does the actual shipment?
We work with the best logistics carriers on each country. We try that our providers meet our requirements and to avoid franchises and third parties. We work, basically, with the best American and European multinational carriers.
How to prepare my shipment?
Please, make sure the boxes are well closed and that they are not bulky on the sides. If you ship something fragile, please, indicate it on a visible way on the box. Please, take into account that someone will have to carry manually the boxes at some point. We recommend that you put the labels on a transparent sleeve and glue it to the box.
Can I arrange my moving with CANGOBOX?
CANGOBOX is not a moving company. If you are shipping a lot of boxes you can send them with CANGOBOX, but you have to keep in mind that everything should be properly packaged and protected. You must also remember that the service offered by CANGOBOX is for the transportation, and the service does not include moving the boxes from your address to the car or ban used during the pickup day, and the opposite at destination.
